Step 2: Measure Your Hips

Locate the widest part of your hips, usually around the top of your thighs. Wrap the tape around this area, making sure it’s level all the way around. Record this measurement in inches.

Step 3: Measure Your Bust (for full-body shapewear or bodysuits)

If you’re shopping for a bodysuit or shapewear that covers your upper body, measure the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape snug but comfortable and ensure it stays straight across your back. Take note of the number in inches.

Step 4: Measure Your Thighs (for thigh-length shapewear)
